Shaded water adds a lot of realism.

This mod is simple and by god it's amazing. It's a Water Shader created byNecrowizzard. I recently got a tip from CraftHub readerJeremy Karlsson and I was in for a surprise. Never in my life would I ever think Minecraft would have such beautiful water. I mean, it adds a lot of depth to the background and creates subtle beauty. The reflections from the side of buildings and grass really makes it real.

The beauty about this mod is the simplicity of installation. Drop a few files and you're ready to go. Ready for the most realistic experience of Minecraft that is. My computer has a crappy graphics card: nVidia GeForce 9200. Go look it up and you'll know what I am talking about. Thankfully, with the framerate at a moderate rate, I can run this mod with little to no problems. No lag on either side of single and multi. Either way, you should give it a try for it will make your Minecraft experience that much better.

The reason this mod isn't a review is for a few things. First of all, it's justa water shader. While it may be awesome, it's not really a thing most people will want a review on. There's only so much you can say on shaded water really. I mean, when it comes down to it, it's essentially one thing. But, you know, we all have different opinions.
