OK, remember in my older post of how I told you that map generation can bebeautiful? Well, finally, someone has made a visual video of how it can be. This, once again, proves how Minecraft doesn't need to have "high-def" graphics. This video is called "Untouched Lands" and it's by owen1150. As you can tell, by the name, the video's focus is on the terrain generated on Minecraft. Isn't that a good reason to check the video out? Not to mention the music is perfect. It's hard to pinpoint the music genre for Minecraft, but if you were to ask me, I'd say "soothing". It's not a genre, I know, but that's what I feel like. The main-menu music for Minecraft is soft and vibrant. So is the music in this video. With all of that being said, check it out:

Minecraft cinematic video I've been working on for a few days...
The lands are indeed untouched, this level was generated completely at random (just like everyone else does by clicking an empty save). Thanks to a friend of mine; pageygeeza for alerting me about this great save as soon as he knew I was working on a cinematic video ;).

The quality of the video isn't as good as it could have been, I can't seem to get the render settings right.
Thanks for watching.
and the amazing video:
